Classes Offered

Fit Camp:

A challenging full body workout designed to help you lose inches and pounds.  Similar to the popular fitness bootcamps, Fit Camp participants will walk, run, side shuffle, squat, jump, push up, sit up, and more.  Variety is key, and you will never do the same

workout twice!  All levels are welcome.

SGM class meets 3 x per week for 4 weeks   M, W, F    5:30-6:30 AM      

St. Alban Roe class meets 2 x per week   T, TH     5:00-6:00 AM
