About Angie Johnson
&
4 Points Fitness
Strength & Wellness Coach

I’m a beach soul who loves the mountain life

Right out of high school, I began my education and training in bodybuilding, endurance training, and proper nutrition. Since then, I have been a proud coach and competitor in the fitness world for 20+ years. Nothing energizes my soul more than pairing physical activities with MUSIC, it is A-MAZING! I started my company, 4 Points, with the focus on all athletic levels, from novice to advanced, young or those with more life experience. I have worked with so many amazing individuals, from full group fitness studios, out on the road, in the mountains, and one-on-one. All with the focus to help them better understand the truth of their capabilities. I continue to offer my experience and training in nutrition to my clients with a special focus on what Mother Earth has provided us with to fuel our bodies.

“You will see it when you believe it.” – Dr. Wayne Dyer
This quote has helped guide me through my fitness journey, and I bring this mindset to each of my clients, in the gym, while on the bike, and during nutritional meetings. It is important to remind others that THEY are worth every minute. Let us care for ourselves and others equally.

I look forward to working with you and can’t wait to get started!

In fitness and health,
Coach Ang

Jess Kiel

Hi there, I’m Jess! I fell in love with indoor cycling during the pandemic in 2020 as a rider, and I began teaching in 2023. I grew up playing soccer and basketball so I’ve always had a passion for working out with a team. My classes have a little bit of everything, from hip hop to country, EDM to Taylor Swift. I love the musicality of indoor cycling classes, how a strong beat or powerful lyric can push us to be stronger and bring us all together as a community.  When I’m not at the studio, I’m usually out hiking with my cattle dog Banjo or in court for my side hustle as an attorney.  Can’t wait to see you on the bike!

Tristen Ford

I grew up in Southern California and moved to beautiful Colorado Springs in 2013 for college. I graduated from UCCS in 2020 with a degree in Organizational and Strategic Communication. I have always had a true passion for being active and partaking in outdoor activities. You will usually find me hiking, camping  or fishing in the nicer months (yes I show everyone my fish pics haha). In 2020, I stepped into a gym and tried indoor cycling for the first time. Simply put, it was an instant obsession. After 3 years of consistent riding, I was ready for the next challenge, being on the podium. As an indoor cycle instructor I strive to bring you motivation, emotion, connection and community each time you clip into the bike.

Dante

Hey there! I’m Dante!

A tried and true Colorado native with a deep passion for fitness, good living and helping others achieve their goals. I believe fitness is key to a great life and love helping people get in the zone and find their balance. Consistency and fun are at the heart of my training philosophy. Good music, shutting off the world, and putting in the work. What can be better?

Within the fitness world, I'm a certified NASM personal trainer, corrective specialist, nutrition coach, and behavior change expert. I'm currently returning to school for physical therapy to further enhance my ability to help others.

Outside I’m also an actor!

When I'm not training or acting, you can find me spending time with my three huskies, building cars, fishing, or traveling to new places. Let's work together to make your fitness journey meaningful, memorable, and most importantly effective, can’t wait to meet you!

Sierra Taylor

I am a Colorado native, born and raised. I played soccer at Arizona State University, was a 3x captain and went to the NCAA tournament 3x. From there I transitioned to coaching Division I soccer for 6 years at Ohio State, Alabama State (where we won 2 conference championships) and Air Force.

I have coached indoor cycling for 3 years and been riding longer. It has become my safe space to be myself, sweat, compete and just move. My music type is a variety but I love Remixes, EDM, Hip Hop and country if it is Cowboy Carter or Tanner Adell. Some of my favorite artists Benson Boone, Beyoncé, RL Grime, Griz, Apashe, Cardi B, Tanner Adell, Inzo and more,

Thanks!
Sierra Taylor

Skyler Bath

Hey. I’m Sky. Let’s get to know me, speed round! The obvious: cycling fanatic, duh. The less obvious: CO native baby, endless reading enthusiast (gimme them book recs), pottery wheel throwing champ, gifted in the art of procrastination, mma baddie (kinda, torn acl wuz a fluke), and I bask in the limelight w/ four siblings (it’s cool, we’re tight). I’m currently throwing everything at the wall to see what sticks, cause that’s what you do in your twenties, and thirties, or whenever right? I got sucked into an indoor cycling class back in 2019 (back when working out was my nemesis) but has been nothing but love ever since. So to my beloved indoor cycling, thank you for being the biggest, most consistent joy in life, as a rider and instructor. I wouldn’t be who I am today without you, wouldn’t have the confidence, wouldn’t have the care for my health, wouldn’t have actually found joy in moving. We go hard, we get loud, we have fun. Come sweat and breath heavy to the hip hop bangers, edm remixes, bassy alternative, and maybe an explicit ride… or two. ;)
